In April 2010 I intend to set off from Lands End and walk to John O'Groats with my border collie Gyp. We intend to follow the South West coast to Bristol and then keep the water on our left as we go up the Severn to Stourport. Across to the Pennine Way before hitting Edinburgh and Aviemore. From there on to Inverness and then we will keep the water on our right all the way to John O'Groats. We will have no support and intend to camp every night.
Its a wet night here in Saltburn, so you might as well be out on a hillside in Scotland with a wet dog for company. Did you hit the 'wall' at any point? Felt reading your blogs around Firth of Forth that that would be the time, still a long way to go, but such a lot done. Now the end is just over that hill, no not that one, the one beyond that. Pint in CC awaits.
